As a finance leader at AAA, Anthony helped the insurance giant start a National Federal Savings Bank and worked with senior leadership to help expand it over more than13 states. Mr Mifsud was most recently retained by AAA to serve as their Chief Credit Officer to help oversee product development, loan strategy and to oversee what assets would be added to their balance sheet.

Is his spare time Mr Mifsud likes to travel with his wife. His favorite place to travel is Florida where he can be found close to the ocean whether its walking on the beach or deep sea fishing. Mr. Mifsud has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to founding BMF Executive Solutions he held Executive and Senior leadership positions with Freedom Mortgage, Flagstar Bank, The Auto Club Group / (AAA) and Towne Mortgage Company. Anthony is an expert at driving change within organizations. As the head of pricing for Freedom’s retail mortgage division Anthony helped drive one of the highest gain on sale margins in the entire mortgage industry by redesigning how they approached margin management.

While working as an Executive at Towne Mortgage in 2018 Anthony helped lead a top to bottom restructure that focused on technology and industry benchmark’s to remove bottlenecks to streamline process efficiency. Throughout the restructure he was able to help lead an expense reduction of over 45% that focused on refinancing exiting debt and restructuring existing contracts and expense. Anthony also helped assemble new business plans and pitch books that lead to several millions dollars of private equity capital raise.
